Physical Merch
DapperSquatch is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color was ordered, or decided you didn’t want your order.
DapperSquatch wants you to be happy with any purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your item, please let us know. We’d like to see if we can make it up to you.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, DapperSquatch offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us by sending an email to help@dappersquatch.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Digital Merch
Digital assets, including songs, videos, sounds, graphics, images, templates, guides and other media items are not refundable. However, DapperSquatch wants you to love everything you get from this site. If you are not satisfied, please send an email to help@dappersquatch.com.
Refunds
If you receive a damaged item and require a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days depending on payment processing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please let us know by contacting help@dappersquatch.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see “Physical Merch” above for details on that process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
If for some reason you desire to return your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
